Immediately after allocation.
You would be required to fence around your property to maintain your land by clearing it at least twice a year.
You will be required to pay documentation fee (600k) per plot to be paid within 3 months after complete payment for the land. Asides from the 600k documentation fee, there is a developmental levy for basic infrastructure within the estate.
Developmental levy costs 1.5M naira for 600sqm, 1M naira for 300sqm, and this can be paid within 6 months (this price is subject to inflation which means it can be reviewed upward) after your purchase.
Yes, the estate will be fenced and gated with a beautiful green zone, hike trail and many more beautiful additives.
Allocation will be done after payment of Documentation and Developmental fees.
Yes, you can visit the site. If you’re not available, you can delegate a representative to visit the site on your behalf.
