Her legal advisory experience spans from General Corporate Commercial Law, Labour Law, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property, to Securities & Finance, Energy (Oil & Gas and Power),

Shipping & International Trade. Chinwe is a renowned thought leader within the legal industry and has authored a book on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitration Awards.

Chinwe is an experienced a Dispute Resolution Expert, Consultant and Trainer. She is a member of the Panel of Neutrals of the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA), the Panel of Neutrals and Training Faculty of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC), Training Faculty of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG) and the Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates, UK (SCMA).

Chinwe’s previous roles include: Legal Director of Guinness Nigeria Plc. (Diageo), Senior Commercial Legal Manger of Guinness Nigeria Plc., Head, Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Nigerian Bottling Company (Coca-Cola Hellenic and Senior Associate /Team Leader at Banwo & Ighodalo.
