Abayomi Molehin, a Strategy and Business Transformation professional with core responsibilities of developing, monitoring, and implementing Continental Reinsurance’s corporate, business, and functional strategies in concert with the Board, CEO, heads of the departments, external consultants, and other relevant stakeholders. He is also responsible for coordinating the continuous review of the overall business performance against set goals with a view to facilitating the development of remedial strategies/plans.

He is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS). BGS has chapters at only the top 5% of business programs, and only the top performing scholars from those programs are invited to join.
